I know that in the guides they mention that calories don't matter and you don't have to keep a count. My doubt is that observing the menus I realized that the total calories per day was 1,100-1,400 kcal (only taking into account breakfast, lunch and dinner) and according to my needs (mentioned by other nutritionists) I require 2,000 -2,300 kcal per day. I just want to confirm that it is healthy and it is good for me to follow its menus and I understand that I should not pay attention to the calories but I am completely new in this and did not know if that is correct.
