MIAMI - Three NFL players are named in a police report involving a woman who passed out in a hotel and later woke up in a hospital not knowing how she got there, though no one has been charged with a crime, authorities said Thursday. San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and wide receiver Quinton Patton, and Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette, were with the woman at a Miami hotel where Lockette lives, according to the Miami Police Department report. Police stressed that the report contained only unproven allegations at this point. "As far as whether there was a crime committed, its too early to say," said police spokeswoman Kenia Reyes. The account of the woman, who was not identified by police, is described in the report: The woman mixed drinks and gave the men shots, and the men told her "in order to drink the shots she had to hit the bong which contained marijuana." The four were watching a basketball game when the woman began feeling light-headed and went to lie down in a bedroom. Kaepernick came into the room, began kissing her and undressed her completely. The woman told police that they did not have sex, and that Kaepernick left the bedroom saying hed be right back. A few minutes later, the woman told police, the other two men "peeked" inside. She said to them, "What are you doing? Where is Colin? Get out." The report says the woman does not remember anything after that and later woke up in a hospital room with no memory of how she got there. The woman told police she has had a sexual relationship with Kaepernick in the past. Kaepernicks agent, Scott Smith, did not immediately respond to email and voice mail messages seeking comment. The 49ers and Seahawks issued statements saying they were aware of the incident but declined further comment. Kaepernick, 26, is one of the NFLs top quarterbacks, leading the 49ers to the Super Bowl after the 2012 season and the NFC championship game this past year. For his three-year career, Kaepernick has thrown for more than 5,000 yards and 31 touchdowns, and he has rushed for 937 yards and another nine touchdowns. Jon Leuer Jersey . "Were very excited about this year, because last year was a tough year for me and for the whole team," Reyes said. "This year, I feel like Im 100 per cent and back to normal. I just cant wait to go to the field and do what I do best, and help this ballclub get where we need to get." The speedy Reyes was limited to just 92 games last season because of a broken ankle. Hurt in April, he says the injury continued to nag him after he returned from the disabled list in June. But with more time to rehab, Reyes says his ankle has gotten "way better." He says he is not worried about what kind of effects the artificial turf at Rogers Centre could have on it. "I feel like this off-season, I was able to move how I wanted to," Reyes said. "Last year, it was kind of tough for me. Running the bases, going from first to second. Stuff like that bothered me a little bit. But this year, its not a concern at all." Reyes said he is eager turn the page on the past two years, which he described as the hardest of his major league career. After spending his first eight seasons with the New York Mets, Reyes opted become a free agent in 2011. He signed a six-year, $106 million contract with the Marlins, believing a revamped roster could help them contend for a World Series title. But after the Marlins stumbled to a 69-93 record, Reyes was shipped to Toronto aloong with pitchers Josh Johnson and Mark Buehrle as part of an off-season purge by Miami to dump salary. "We just need to put it together on the field," Reyes said. "If we put it all together -- pitching, hitting, out there on the field -- why can we not compete? The team is still here.
