Collins had four sacks on 140 pass rush snaps. For reference, Ronald Blair was second on the 49ers in sacks last year with 5.5. He rushed the passer 338 times. With no more Cassius Marsh, the team could use a third pass rusher that can bring more to the table than just one trait. Collins is the type of athlete you bet on. San Francisco would be wise to incentivize Collins contract. The effort was an issue in 2018, the talent was not.
