In order to ensure the efficient operation of 2BV vacuum pump, the clearance between impeller and front guard plate of 2BV vacuum pump must be adjusted in time. The clearance between impeller and front guard plate of metal lined pump is 0.5-1 mm, and the clearance between impeller and front and rear guard of rubber lined pump should be equal. When adjusting the clearance of impeller of 2BV vacuum pump, stop the pump first, loosen the bolt of pressing bearing assembly, twist the nut on the adjustment bolt, and make the bearing assembly move forward. At the same time, rotate the shaft by hand according to the direction of pump rotation until the impeller of 2BV vacuum pump rubs against the front guard plate.

For metal lined pumps, loosen the nut just tightened in front by half a circle. Then tighten the nut in front of the adjusting bolt to make the bearing assembly move backward. At this time, the clearance between impeller and front guard plate is 0.5-1 mm. For the rubber lined pump, by twisting the nut on the adjusting bolt, the bearing assembly of the 2BV vacuum pump moves forward first, so that the impeller contacts the front guard sleeve, and moves the bearing assembly backward, so that the impeller and the rear guard sleeve move forward. Contact, measure the moving distance of the total 2BV vacuum pump of the bearing assembly, take this distance as the clearance between the impeller and the front and back sheaths, then adjust the position of the bearing assembly with adjusting bolts to ensure the correct clearance between the impeller and the front and back sheaths. After adjustment, the impeller of 2BV vacuum pump should be re-checked before restarting, and the compression bolt and adjustment bolt of bearing assembly should be tightened, then the 2BV vacuum pump should be started.
