XINING， China， July 20 (Xinhua) -- Ukraine's rider Vitaliy Buts from Kolss-BDC Team (KLS) won the fourth satge of the 2016 Tour of Qinghai Lake International Road Cycling Race on Wednesday in 4 hours 1 minute and 51 seconds.


Buts also put on the Yellow Jersey and the Green Jersey， which are awarded to the overall leader and best sprinter respectively.


Matej Mugerli from Synergy Baku Cycling Project and Mykhaylo Kononenko from Kolss-BDC Team (KLS) came second and third in this stage .
